Automatic transmission repair
We repair DSG, Tiptronic, CVT, ZF and other automatics. We renew the valve body, clutch pack, lubrication system and electronics module.
Manual gearbox repair
We replace bearings, synchromesh, gears and shafts. We replace the clutch and flywheel and adjust the shift mechanism.
Transmission adaptation
On latest-generation units we run software adaptation, update firmware and calibrate the mechatronics module.

We use original diagnostic equipment, hydraulic pressure tests, oil analysis and a road test with a specialist.
Repair work
We strip the transmission, replace worn parts, renew mechatronics and software, and synchronise. Where needed we fit a remanufactured unit with a factory certificate.
Testing and handover
After assembly we adapt, test on the bench and on the road, prepare a report with recommendations and give a warranty.
Long-term warranty
Work is covered for up to 24 months or 40 000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty applies across the EU if you follow the maintenance advice.
Urgent repair
For urgent cases we offer priority scheduling and a courtesy car. We can remove the gearbox the same day and start the repair without the standard queue.

Can you rebuild the transmission on site?
Yes. We have the equipment to strip and repair on site. In some cases we offer a factory remanufacture with a certified warranty card.
How much does transmission repair cost?
Manual gearbox repair usually starts from 350 €, automatics from 650 €. The final price depends on the fault, parts and adaptation work.
Do you recommend changing transmission oil?
Yes — every 60 000 km for manuals and every 40 000–60 000 km for automatics. Old or contaminated oil multiplies the risk of failure.
How long does the repair take?
Diagnosis takes 2–4 hours. Parts replacement and testing usually need 2–5 working days. Remanufacture timescales are agreed individually.
